Lifewell is a partnership between Tyler Gilmore, a licensed Master Plumber, and Matthew (Matt) Sovero—two Eastern Shore natives dedicated to providing reliable, cleaner water solutions for our local communities.

Our small team and crew grew up right here on the Eastern Shore. We understand the homes, the wells, the hard water challenges, and what matters to families in this area.

Tyler, from Centreville, graduated from The Severn School in 2016 and attended Tampa University. He started at the bottom in the plumbing trade, worked his way up through hands-on experience and dedication, earned his Master Plumber license, and eventually purchased and grew Service Pro LLC into a respected local plumbing company serving the region.

Matt graduated from Saints Peter and Paul High School in Easton in 2015 and played Division I men's lacrosse at Towson University. After college, he built a career in the staffing industry—as a recruiter, corporate trainer, and later Director of Operations & Marketing —gaining strong experience in hiring, building teams, training staff, and supporting business growth.

Tyler's deep plumbing expertise and Master-level skill complement Matt's background in hiring, team development, operations, and customer outreach. Together, we founded Lifewell to focus on practical solutions: advanced plumbing, water filtration, treatment, and well services that deliver cleaner, safer water for Eastern Shore homes and businesses.

We're a straightforward local company committed to honest work, fair service, and improving quality of life—one home at a time. We take pride in serving the neighbors and communities we've always called home.
